Three very private Buildings

We offer you 30 apartments in a development consisting of three buildings. To ensure peace and quiet for residents, the building will be fenced, illuminated and the entry gate will be remotely controlled. The area surrounding the complex will be covered with pleasant to look at landscaping underlying the proximity to nature and the beautiful mountains. You have a choice of apartments measuring between 46 to 49 m2. Compounding the apartments is possible.

Apartments with a view and fireplaces

In order to assure that our residents are not deprived of the beautiful mountain view, we provide each apartment with a terrace. Those living on the first floor will have their own gardens from which the beautiful Tatra Mountains can be seen. The lofts will have attics. There is also a possibility of installing fireplaces in all the apartments.

Regional architecture

We place a great emphasis on architecture while designing the buildings. All of them are designed utilizing the regional architecture in order to make them blend in with the landscape.
